The NCC-16 "Mighty MIG" gun assemblies utilize the same forward nozzle/gas nozzle assemblies and features of the pistol grip. This allows a flexible and low inventory of replacement parts due to interchangeability of these models using .035" through 1/8" diameter wire. The trigger switch assembly is the momentary contact type. Also available is the optional button on/off switch. Both switches are positionable where desired, at any point 360° around the standard 8" torch handle. Some like to position the switch below the handle as a normal finger trigger, and others might position the switch above the handle for use as a thumb button. These options will help provide comfort and balance, and to escape reflective heat.

The DF curved MIG gun is intended for use with all wire feeders which have provision for water cooling. It is designed to run wire with diameters up to 3/32". Each D/F gun is fully assembled and ready to install. Similar to the "Mighty MIG", these models provide options for longer 3", 4", and 5" water-cooled nozzles to meet different job requirements. Each of these lengths comes in the standard diameter, or the Series A high capacity diameter for increased gas coverage.
