The material and workmanship of all D/F MACHINE SPECIALTIES, INC. products are warranted for 90 days. Use of non- D/F® Parts and/or Consumables with these MIG and TIG Welding Guns and Machine Barrels may damage or severely limit performance of the D/F® MIG and TIG Welding Guns and Machine Barrels and will void any warranties.
Before returning items for warranty evaluation, a distributor or dealer or customer must obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number fromD/F MACHINE SPECIALTIES Customer Service at 1-507-625-6200 or

. This RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package in order to be accepted into the plant.
(Example: RGA0227K8). RGA numbers are valid for 10 days only. All items returned under warranty will be examined and evaluated, and the customer will be contacted within three working days of receipt. Products covered by the WARRANTY TERMS will, at the discretion of D/F MACHINE SPECIALTIES, be repaired, replaced, and returned free of charge. Alternatively, a credit for the defective product may be issued, at the discretion of D/F MACHINE SPECIALTIES, according to the WARRANTY TERMS. We are of course happy to provide a spare unit for the warranty period. This warranty shall not apply to goods that have been altered or repaired or that have been subject to misuse or used while any parts are loose, broken, or damaged or used with other than original D/F® parts which may affect performance and safety.
Please help us process your returned items efficiently by checking that packages are marked appropriately and are shipped as soon as possible after obtaining the RGA number.
